After 33 years, our entire HVAC system needed to be replaced. After reading all the favorable reviews, we decided to give Total Heating & Cooling a try. From the very first phone call, we knew we had made the right decision. From the owner, to the front office staff to the installation crew, EVERYONE was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They are very clear about their time limitations and how they work. (They don't work when it rains.) It seems as though they under promise and over deliver. Scott came to the house to give us a quote. He took his time when explaining what they would need to do and why. Stacy (and Amy) walked us through financing and was extremely patient with all our questions. Robbie and his crew were amazing with not only their work ethic but also in explaining how our old system had failed and the problems that it had left in its wake. Not only did they remove the old system and replace it with the new one, but they left our attic in better shape than it was when we first moved in. After the installation was complete, Charlie came to fine tune our system so that it was operating most efficiently. I honestly cannot say enough good things about the people with whom we had contact. They are all incredible. Total Heating and Cooling is likely not going to be the fastest or the least expensive HVAC company in the area. Of the 3 companies that provided quotes to me on new a/c systems, Total Heating and Cooling was by far the best price with the product I wanted: Trane. The first company's quote was just ridiculous and the technician somewhat arrogant, the second company was also high and I never even received the quote via email. I felt like Scott of TH&C was honest, straight forward and fair. I extremely happy to have used them and highly recommend them.
