I highly recommend Total Heating & Cooling. I called yesterday because my AC unit was freezing up and not cooling. The office staff was very helpful in working with myself and my landlord. They were able to come out today and fix our unit. They told me they would arrive between 12:00 and 5:00 and our technician arrived at 2:00 after calling me before arriving. Taylor was our technician. He was very polite and professional. He discovered our issue quickly and was able to get it fixed. He also took the time to explain the possible things to look for with issues and how works with the system. If you ever need any HVAC work, contact them.
